OUR THERAPISTS

20+ Years of Experience
Nastaran Adibrad, Ph.D.

I am a Registered Psychotherapist and Certified Canadian Counsellor and Psychotherapist (CCCP), specializing in Couple and Family Therapy, with additional training in sex therapy. I believe that every relationship holds the potential for healing, growth, and renewed closeness. My approach creates a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where individuals and couples can explore their emotions, desires, and challenges without fear or shame. Whether we are addressing communication breakdowns, breaches of trust, emotional disconnection, or intimacy concerns, I work gently and collaboratively to help clients reconnect—both emotionally and physically. In sex therapy, I guide couples to openly discuss their sexual needs and boundaries, overcome barriers to desire, and rediscover a sense of playfulness and pleasure in their relationship. My goal is to help you build a relationship where honesty feels safe, affection flows naturally, and both partners feel deeply seen, valued, and desired—creating a foundation for a lasting, fulfilling partnership.

Ariana Adibrad, Registered Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist

Hi, I’m Ariana Adibrad—a Registered Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist.

I help children, teens, and adults feel understood, supported, and empowered. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, and self-esteem, and I also support women navigating life transitions like divorce, loss, or rebuilding independence.

Using a blend of evidence-based therapies—including EMDR, CBT, ACT, art therapy, play therapy, and sand tray—I create a safe, creative space to express yourself, build coping skills, and discover your strengths.

My belief is simple: with the right support, every person has the ability to heal, grow, and thrive.

30+ Years of Experience
Dr. Nasser Yousefi

My name is Dr. Nasser Yousefi. I am a child and adolescent counselor, a senior specialist in humanistic education, and a children’s literature author. I hold a degree in Clinical Psychology from Iran and a PhD in Educational Psychology from the United States.

For more than 30 years, I have worked alongside children, adolescents, and families, supporting emotional growth, stronger communication, and healthier relationships at home.

Many parents come to me feeling worried or unsure about how to support their child — whether they are facing anxiety, behavioral challenges, emotional withdrawal, or the pressures of growing up in today’s world. I want parents to know they are not alone.

My work is grounded in humanistic psychology, which means I focus on empathy, respect, and emotional connection. I believe children grow best when they feel seen, understood, and safe. Parenting, in my view, is not about control, but about companionship and growth.

Over the years, I have also collaborated with organizations such as UNICEF and UNESCO in the areas of early childhood education and promoting a culture of peace. Working with families from diverse cultural backgrounds — including immigrant parents raising children between two worlds — has given me a deep appreciation for the challenges families face today.

My goal is to help children grow into secure and emotionally healthy human beings, and to support parents in feeling more confident and connected along the way.

27 Years of Experience
Ali Jahangiri, PhD, CCC

I am a Counsellor with over 27 years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families. My primary areas of practice include couples therapy, relationship challenges, infidelity recovery, Schema Therapy.

Many clients seek therapy when they feel stuck in recurring patterns of conflict, emotional distance, mistrust, or dissatisfaction in their relationships. Others struggle with stress, low mood, self-esteem difficulties, or life transitions. Together, we work to better understand these patterns and build healthier ways of relating to oneself and others.

My approach integrates Schema Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and family systems perspectives. I provide a safe, respectful, and culturally sensitive environment where clients can gain insight, strengthen relationships, and create meaningful change.
Whether you are seeking support as an individual or as a couple, therapy can help you move toward greater emotional well-being, stronger relationships, and a more fulfilling life.
