20+ Years of Experience
Nastaran Adibrad, Ph.D. RP

Like many women, my life has had its ups and downs.
I married young, became a mom early, and realized I needed to invest in myself — to stay strong, independent, and present for my family.
I grew up with limits and uncertainty, but learning became my way forward. From a high school diploma to a Ph.D. in psychotherapy, every step helped me understand myself and others more deeply.
After teaching at the National University of Tehran, I moved to Canada to continue growing in an environment that allowed more freedom and creativity. For over 20 years here, I’ve worked with couples and families — helping them rebuild trust, connection, and emotional safety.
Outside of work, I enjoy cooking healthy meals, dancing, good movies, and spending time with my family — they keep me grounded and inspired.
10+ Years of Experience
Ariana Adibrad, RSW, MSW

I’m Ariana Adibrad, a Registered Clinical Social Worker and Psychotherapist and also a mom who loves dark chocolate, long walks, and getting lost in a great novel.

I help children, teens, and adults feel calmer, more confident, and understood. My work focuses on anxiety, ADHD, emotional regulation, and self-esteem, as well as supporting women through life transitions like divorce, loss, and rediscovering independence.
Using a blend of therapies from EMDR, CBT, and ACT to art therapy, play therapy, and sand tray I create a space that feels safe, real, and a little bit creative.
My belief is simple: with warmth, curiosity, and the right support, every person can heal, grow, and find their way back to themselves.

30+ Years of Experience
Dr. Nasser Yousefi

My name is Dr. Nasser Yousefi. I am a child and adolescent counselor, a senior specialist in humanistic education, and a children’s literature author. I hold a degree in Clinical Psychology from Iran and a PhD in Educational Psychology from the United States.

For more than 30 years, I have worked alongside children, adolescents, and families, supporting emotional growth, stronger communication, and healthier relationships at home.

Many parents come to me feeling worried or unsure about how to support their child — whether they are facing anxiety, behavioral challenges, emotional withdrawal, or the pressures of growing up in today’s world. I want parents to know they are not alone.

My work is grounded in humanistic psychology, which means I focus on empathy, respect, and emotional connection. I believe children grow best when they feel seen, understood, and safe. Parenting, in my view, is not about control, but about companionship and growth.

Over the years, I have also collaborated with organizations such as UNICEF and UNESCO in the areas of early childhood education and promoting a culture of peace. Working with families from diverse cultural backgrounds — including immigrant parents raising children between two worlds — has given me a deep appreciation for the challenges families face today.

My goal is to help children grow into secure and emotionally healthy human beings, and to support parents in feeling more confident and connected along the way.
